The Transformation Guild

Civilizations move through history on currents of scientific, technological, and societal change.

These currents reshape familiar experiences that are visibly (or invisibly) irreversibly different. That transformation can be gradual or abrupt, but it is inevitable.

The ability to navigate change determines whether or not corporate and civic leaders are moving toward a future that is secure and prosperous, or toward one that is marked by challenges and difficulties.

The Transformation Guild strives to equip members to navigate these uncharted waters.  We do this primarily by creating exclusive forums structured to provide an interdisciplinary approach to understanding the complex interactions between these forces. 

Members are exposed to:

• The stories behind history’s most notable and interesting “transformations”:

  • Some are obvious, but many are not.

• Perspectives on where present day transformative currents are leading us (and where the hidden rocks might be),

• Personal experiences of those who have successfully harnessed these forces intentionally, and sometimes unintentionally!

Guild members also have access to resources relevant transformation programs, including rights to use The Four Currents diagnostic tool.
